By accessing or using the primetv4K service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description

primetv4K provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that grants access to live TV channels, video-on-demand content, movies, and series. The service is provided "as is" and content availability may vary by region and over time.

• Access is provided via compatible third-party IPTV applications
• Stream quality depends on your internet connection speed
• A minimum connection speed of 10 Mbps is recommended for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are offered on a pre-paid basis for fixed durations (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrency

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your subscription access with persons outside your household or resell access to the service in any form.

• One subscription per household
• Account sharing beyond the purchased connection limit is prohibited
• Reselling or redistributing access is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

The service is provided for personal, private, and non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• Circumvent any technical measures we put in place
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or damages our infrastructure

6. Service Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control (including third-party network outages) may occasionally affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content streamed through primetv4K remains the intellectual property of the respective content owners and broadcasters. primetv4K does not claim ownership of any streamed content. You may not record, download, or redistribute any content accessed through the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. In cases of termination due to breach of terms, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE STREAMING AUDIO COMPANY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your current subscription period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
